This is the business website for games by Phillip Cantu, the sole operator. The games listed above are free to play in a browser. Optional donations are accepted on itch.io and processed by Stripe. There are no subscriptions and no physical goods.

What you can pay for

Nothing is required to play. A donation or purchase on itch.io is a one-time payment; the amount is chosen there. Play and donate for Baaalance at philtheotaku.itch.io/baaalance.

Refund policy

Email hello@phillipcantu.com with your itch.io username and the approximate date of the payment. I will refund eligible charges. itch.io may also issue refunds under their own terms.

Return policy

No physical goods are sold, shipped, or returned. Games are digital and played in the browser, so there is no return-by-mail process.

Cancelation policy

There are no recurring charges or subscriptions to cancel. A donation or itch.io payment is complete when it is processed.

Legal

Digital games only, available worldwide. No export-restricted goods. No promotional terms apply unless stated on a game’s own page. This site does not process card payments; itch.io and Stripe do.
